Rotate through the following:

a. Overhead Lunge x 5 each leg

b. Strict Handstand Push Ups x 5-8 or Handstand Development

c. L-Sit x 10-30 sec

Workout of the Day:

Rotate through twice, splitting up reps as you wish, with a partner:

2 minutes Row for Calories

1 minute transition

2 minutes Sled Push

1 minute transition

2 minutes Partner Wall Ball

1 minute transition

2 minutes Box Jump Over

1 minute transition

 CF414 Endurance:

Run 5k or 10k depending upon your end goal
