then

5 sets of: 2 Pull Ups Negatives + 6 Bent Over Kettlebell Rows

Performance:

3 Ring Swings + 1 Ring to Hips Pull Up or 1 Muscle Up

then

Accumulate 35 Pull Ups

8 Burpees
