Rotate through:

Strict Pull Ups on Rings x 5-8 reps

Side to Side Push Ups x 10-15 reps

Hollow Rock x 20-30 seconds

Workout of the Day:

Complete as many rotations as possible in 24 minutes of:

Partner One: Row 200 meters

Partner Two: Alternate Rounds of Burpee Pull Ups and Kettlebell Snatch

Partner Three: Rest
