b. L-Sit/Tuck Hold x 30sec

c. Temp Goblet Squat x 8

Workout of the Day:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes with a team of three:

60 Overhead Plate Lunges

50 Deadlifts

40 Toes to Bar

Run 200m with plate together

CF414 Endurance:

4-5 x 400m (rest 2:00)
