Strength/Skill:

1. Overhead Squat- 3 x 10

2a. Pistol Practice 4 x 5 reps each leg

2b. Dip Support Hold 4 x 20-30s

Workout of the Day:

With a partner/Against a partner:

4 Rounds:

Partner 1: Run 300m

Partner 2: Max Wall Balls Until Partner Returns

rest 1 min between rounds
