Handstand Push Up x 5-10 reps or Seated Dumbbell Press x 8-10 reps

Double Under Practice x 30 reps or 30 seconds

Workout of the Day:

With a partner alternate full rounds for 12 minutes of:

5 Dumbbell Snatch each arm

10 Lunge Steps holding Dumbbell

*rest 5 minutes*

With a partner alternate full rounds for 12 minutes of:

5 Plate Ground to Overhead

5 Plate Front Squats

5 Burpees to Plate
