Farmers Walk x 200 ft (as heavy as possible)
Dip Support Hold x 10-30 seconds
Slider Push Ups x 5-10 reps
Banded Tricep Push Downs x 20 reps
Workout of the Day:
With a partner complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
30 Wall Ball
20 Partner Sit Ups
Door to Door Med Ball Run
rest 5 minutes
With a partner alternate movements for 12 minutes of:
10 calories Rower/Airdyne
10 Heavy Kettlebell Swings
10 Burpees
