With a partner complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

30 Wall Ball

20 Partner Sit Ups

Door to Door Med Ball Run

rest 5 minutes

With a partner alternate movements for 12 minutes of:

10 calories Rower/Airdyne

10 Heavy Kettlebell Swings

10 Burpees
