05122014- Dubs/Thrusters/Pull Ups

* 2 weeks until Memorial Day Murph! It starts at 9am. Ask about it in class if you don’t know what it is all about *


Fitness: Back Squat- 4 x 4 (add 5 lbs from last week)

Performance: Take 10 minutes to build to a heavy set of 5 Back Squat then 2 x 5 at 90%

Workout of the Day:


Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

5 Thrusters

5 Pull Ups or 10 Ring Rows

20 Double Unders or 40 Singles


Buy-In: 150 Double Unders

Then with the remainder of the time until 10 minutes climb the ladder as high as possible:

3 Thrusters (95/65 lbs)

3 Pull Ups

6 Thrusters

6 Pull Ups

9 Thrusters

9 Pull Ups
