Rotation of:

Dumbbell Floor Press x 10-15 reps

Single Arm Ring Row x 6-8 each arm

200 ft Sandbag Carry as Heavy as Possible

Ab Wheel Roll Out x 5-10 reps

Workout of the Day:

Climb the ladder as high as possible in 15 minutes of:

5 Burpees to Plate

50 ft Walking Lunge

5 Box Jumps

50 ft Bear Crawl

(add 5 reps to Burpees and Box Jumps each round)
