Reverse Lunge Step x 5 each leg 

Max Push Ups (add deficit if more than 12)

Single Leg Deadlift x 6-8 each

Workout of the Day:

Rotate through with your team for 21 minutes:

Partner One: Run 150 meters

Partner Two: Max Barbell Thrusters

Partner Three: Max Kettlebell Swings

Partner Four: Rest
