Memorial Day Murph, Monday May 27th at 9:30am
We will all gather to run “Murph” together and have some treats after. More info coming this week.
Friday’s afternoon class will be an Open Gym from 4:30-6:30pm. Come whenever to work on skills or just come at the regular 5:30 time to run through the day’s workout as a group. I have to bounce a little before 6:00 but will be there to lead the group through a warm up. This will not count as one of your classes for the week so take advantage of the time however you want.
Strength/Skill:
