This Saturday, May 9th, is Ultimate Day! Plan on meeting up at Gordon Park at 130pm. No experience necessary as Amy will be able to teach us all of the rules.

Strength/Skill:

a. Turkish Get Up x 2 each arm

b. Trap 3 Raise x 8 each

c. Hollow Rock x 30 sec
