Pull Up Tester

5 sets of Max Pull Ups (rest 1 minute between sets)

If you can perform more than 12 Pull Ups do Chest to Bar.

Back Squat- 5 x 5

Workout of the Day:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes of:

10 Wall Balls

10 Push Ups
