Strength: 

Push Press- 5,5,5 then max reps at 70% of top set

5 Box Jumps between each set

Workout of the Day:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

10 Push Ups

10 Overhead Lunge with Kettlebell

25 Double Unders
