Everyone, make sure to read this special note from Alan. If you guys weren’t aware he is launching a Paleo Food Truck this summer! I am super pumped for this and a couple of us had the privilege to try some of his food and cold brewed coffee on Saturday. Needless to say it was delicious! First, I would like to give a big thanks to everyone who stuck around to let me test out my first official recipe. For those of you who missed it, I hope to catch you next time. It reminded me again of one main reasons I enjoy 414 so much, and that is the tight community of people there. I got a lot of really excellent feedback from many of you, and an abundance of support. I hope to see each of you again outside of the small window of the Urban Caveman Truck this Summer (fingers crossed).We are in the process now of building out the website and working with the city for permitting. Once that comes online I will definitely give you all an update so you can check it out the site for more information and share it with your friends.For anyone interested in providing some additional feedback I have created a very brief, online survey.
