04242013- “The Chief”

There is a new class time added on Thursdays at 5:45 am. The sun is just rising over the lake by then and it is a beautiful way to start the day. If we get a lot of interest in that time we will also add an early morning Tuesday class.

Strength/Skill: 

Power Clean + Push Jerk- 10 x 1

Workout of the Day:

“The Chief”

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
135 pound Power clean, 3 reps
6 Push-ups
9 Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.
