Y-Outs or Ab Wheel Roll Outs x 5-10 reps

With a team of three rotate through for 30 minutes:

Partner One: Run Around the Block

Partner Two and Three: Complete as many rounds as possible of:

50 Dumbbell Push Press

50 calories Rower/Airdyne

50 Push Ups

50 Medicine Ball Sit Ups

*switch when partner gets back and keep working through the AMRAP. There will always be one person running and two people on the AMRAP*
