Strength/Skill:

Rotate through:

Step Back Lunge x 5 each leg

1/2 Turkish Get Up x 3-5 each arm

Ring Dip Support Hold x 10-30 seconds

Hollow Hold/Rock x 20 seconds

Workout of the Day:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

5 Strict Pull Ups

10 Push Ups

15 Medicine Ball Cleans

20 Sit Ups
