Tempo Goblet Squat x 8 reps at 22×1

Strict Handstand Push Up x 6-8 reps or Strict Barbell Press x 6-8 reps

FLR Hold x 45 secs (add weight)

Workout of the Day:

Alternate full rounds with a partner for 25 minutes:

10 Toes to Bar or 15 Ab Mat Sit Ups

20 KB Swings

40 Double Unders or 10 R0w Cals or 15 Airdyne Cals
