Classes will begin at our new location on Monday! The address is 2071 N Summit Ave. There will be a map and more information posted this weekend. If you want to help move and check out the new place we will start Saturday after the morning classes wraps up at 11am.

Workout of the Day:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
5 Chest to Bar Pull Ups (sub 3 muscle ups if you have them)
10 Step Down Box Jumps
15 Wall Balls
