Strength/Skill:

Deadlift- 4 x 8

*Ring Dip Practice between sets*

Workout of the Day:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

20 Kettlebell Swings

20 Sit Ups

Run 200 meters or 50 Double Unders

* We will be trying to run a little more now that the seasons are changing. It looks like it will be mostly nice Tuesday but bring an extra layer if needed for the run. *
