Where will you be Friday at 530pm? You should be at the gym for the Open Wrap Party! Even if this is your first Open Workout come and see what it is all about. For sports fans we will have the Sweet Sixteen Games on. Food, drinks and partying immediately after the last heat. 

Strength/Skill:

5 Rounds:

a. Overhead Squat x 5 reps

b.  Ring Push Ups x 5-10 reps

Workout of the Day:

Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:

Minute 1: Sled Push x 150 ft

Minute 2: 30 Double Unders

Minute 3: 1-2 Wall Climbs

Minute 4: Row 200m
