Parallette Shoot Through x 3-6 reps

Workout of the Day:

With a partner complete 3 cycles, one person working at a time:

2 minutes Max Sled Push

2 minutes Max Toes to Bar

2 minutes Max Airdyne Cals (switch every 10 cals)

2 minutes Max Double Unders
