Rotation of:

Tempo Ring Row x 6-8 reps

Strict Toes to Bar x 5-8 reps

Single Arm Press x 6 each side

Wall Climbs x 1-3 reps

Workout of the Day:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

10 Hand Release Push Ups

10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch

10 Pull Ups
