03092016- Deadlift/Wall Ball/Burpee

Don’t forget we are back at it for week three of Friday Night Lights this Friday at 530pm. We had a great atmosphere with lots of PRs and amazing accomplishments last week. Come cheer on your friends and get a good workout in!


Deadlift- 5,5,4,4,3,3 reps

*Between each set complete 3-8 Handstand Push Ups or 8 Seated Dumbbell Press*

Workout of the Day:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

10 Deadlift (up to 185/115 lbs)

15 Burpees

20 Wall Ball
