Pulling Up

Snatch Practice- If you are around and want to come in to work some snatch technique for tomorrow  I will be at the gym from 5pm-8pm. Shoot me an email and let me know if you plan to come by.

CrossFit Games Open Update:

Just a reminder we will be running the Open Workout in class tomorrow. For some of you the snatches are heavy and you may only be able to get through the first round. Don’t worry! The way the tie breaker is set up you will still have a higher ranking if you get through either the first or second round of snatches faster than your peers. So for you all it will be a sprint! Remember, too this is only Week One. If snatches or burpees are not your strength at least you got them done with right away.

Workout of the Day:

Every 2 minutes for 5 rounds perform:

20 KB Swings

25 Air Squats
