Dumbbell March x 16 steps

Plyo Push Up x 4-8 reps

X-Walk x 100 ft

Side Plank x 45 seconds each

Workout of the Day:

With a team of four complete as many rotations as possible in 20 minutes of:

Partner One: Row 250 meters

Partner Two: Complete as many Push Jerk as Possible

Partner Three: Complete as many Burpee Box Overs as Possible

Partner Four: Rest
