If you want to be able to track your results and compare yourself to over 80,000 other CrossFitters make sure to sign up for the 2013 CrossFit Games Open. No matter if you are officially signed up for the Open or not we will all be doing the Open Workouts in class on Friday. If you can, try to make it to the Friday night class. We will complete the workouts and judge each other and then have some fun after!
