03032017- CrossFit Open 17.2

Please remember we have the normal class schedule at 6am and 1130am. The evening heats start at 5pm with warm ups starting at 430pm. As long as you arrive before 615pm you will have time to get the workout in. Please sign up for your heat and start warming up when you arrive. 

Workout of the Day:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
2 rounds of:
  50-ft. weighted walking lunge
  16 toes-to-bars
  8 power cleans
Then, 2 rounds of:
  50-ft. weighted walking lunge
  16 bar muscle-ups
  8 power cleans
Etc., alternating between toes-to-bars and bar muscle-ups every 2 rounds.

Men use 50-lb. dumbbells, Women use 35-lb. dumbbells.
