Strength/Skill:

5 rounds of:

Overhead Squat x 6 reps

Handstand Push Up x 5-8 reps or L-Seated Double Kettlebell Press x 8 reps

Workout of the Day:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

5 Thrusters (up to 135/85 lbs)

10 Hand Release Push Ups

4x Shuttle Runs

*rest 1 minute between each round*
