Don’t forget that it is week two of the CrossFit Open! You can watch the live announcement tonight (Thursday) at 7pm on games.crossfit.com or the CrossFit Youtube channel. Plan on coming to the gym at 5pm (warm ups for early heats start at 430pm) on Friday for the second edition of Friday Night Lights. 

Strength/Skill:

Rotate through: 

Weighted Box Step Up x 5 each leg

Turkish Get Up x 1-2 each arm

Rope Climb Practice

Ab Wheel Roll Out x 5-10 reps

Workout of the Day:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 Shuttle Runs

10 Burpees

15 Kettlebell Swings

20 Sit Ups

25 Air Squats
