Strict Pull Up x 3-5 reps (add weight) or Pull Up Negative + 8 each Kettlebell Row

Ring Dips x 5-8 reps or Support Hold x 20 seconds

Complete 4 rounds of:

45 seconds Pull Ups

15 seconds rest

45 seconds Burpee Box Step Overs

15 seconds rest

45 seconds Russian KB Swings

15 seconds rest

45 seconds Sled Push or Heavy Farmer’s Carry
