Deadlift x 5 reps (3 second lower)

Kipping Practice

Handstand Hold x 30-45 seconds

Workout of the Day:

Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:

Minute 1: Deadlift x 10 reps

Minute 2: Handstand Push Up x 3-10 reps or Dumbbell Strict Press x 8-10 reps

Minute 3: Toes to Bar x 5-10 reps

Minute 4: Double Unders x 25-50 reps
