Workout of the Day:

Complete 5 rounds of:

One Unbroken complex of 5 Deadlifts + 3 Hang Power Cleans + 1 Shoulder to Overhead

immediately into Max Distance Row/Airdyne until 2 minutes

*rest 2 minutes after each effort*

Try to add weight each set as long as you remain unbroken.
