Open Gym: 9:30am-11:00am
Make sure to come with a plan and schedule your workout so everything is wrapped up and put back by 11:00am.
Yoga: 11:15am-12:15pm
Please make sure to get to class on time for Yoga so you do not disrupt the flow.
Due to low attendance and with the Open currently going on we are going to put Yoga on hiatus after this week.
