Strength/Skill:

Rotate through:

Single Leg Deadlift x 5 each side

Strict Toes to Bar/Knee Raise x 5-10 reps

Plyo Push Up x 5-10 reps

Workout of the Day:

With a group of four rotate through for 25 minutes:

Partner One: Row 250 meters or Airdyne .3 miles

Partner Two: Complete as many reps as possible Push Press (up to 75/55 lbs)

Partner Three: Complete as Many Double Unders as Possible

Partner Four: Rest
