Remember it is Friday Night Lights this evening at 530pm! Even if you cannot make it right on time show up as we will have to run multiple heats. It’s a 20 minute grind so it always helps to have a big community out to cheer you on!

Workout of the Day:

CrossFit Open 16.1

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
25-ft. overhead walking lunge (95/65 lbs)
8 burpees
25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Scaled:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
25-ft. front rack walking lunge (45/35 lbs)
8 burpees
25-ft. front rack walking lunge
8 jumping chin-over-bar pull-ups
