Friday Night Lights starts this Friday at 530pm! Be there for a fun workout in a fun and supportive environment and some drinks and celebration after. 

Strength/Skill:

Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes:

Minute 1: Handstand Push Up x 5-10 reps or Strict Press x 6-8 reps

Minute 2: Turkish Get Up x 1 each arm

Minute 3:Hollow Rock x 20-30 seconds

Workout of the Day:

Complete 5 rounds for time of:

10 Shoulder to Overhead (up to 135/85 lbs)

10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

40 Double Unders
