Don’t forget that the Saturday Main Event is this Saturday at 1030am!  If you are doing the Main Event you should take a rest day Friday and be ready to hit it hard on Saturday morning. If you are coming Saturday and would like to come by the gym you are welcome to come and get moving. Please just let the coach know what you are doing. 

Otherwise, we will run Friday like a normal class and you will get a great workout! We just will not have judges for the official Open. 

Workout of the Day:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

8 Toes to Bar

10 Dumbbell Hang Clean and Jerk

14/12 Cal Row
