The first workout for the 2017 CrossFit Open will be revealed at 7pm on Thursday evening! It is always a good show with CrossFit Games athletes going head to head. You can watch at games.crossfit.com or on the CrossFit Youtube Channel. 

Strength/Skill:

Rotate through:

Pendlay Row x 8 reps

Chin Over Bar Hold x 10-20 seconds

Wall Climb x 1-2 reps

Hollow Rock/Hold x 20 seconds

Workout of the Day:

Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:

Minute 1: Row 40 seconds

Minute 2: 12-16 Kettlebell Snatch

Minute 3:  Airdyne 40 seconds

Minute 4: Ring Dips or Push Ups
