02232016- Deadlift/Toes to Bar/Split Jump

The Open Starts this Friday! Remember, we will run the workout as a group on Friday at 530pm. We want as many people as possible to come during that time. Even if you can not be there right at the start plan on coming as the last heat will likely not go until 630pm at the earliest. Ask in class or check out this article for some more information if you want to officially get signed up. You do not need to officially sign up to come on Friday. Also, it does not count as one of your classes for the week!

Complete as many reps as possible in ten minutes of:

2 Deadlifts (up to 225/135 lbs)

2 Toes to Bar

2 Split Jumps each leg

4 Deadlifts

4 Toes to Bar

4 Split Jumps each leg

6 Deadlifts

6 Toes to Bar

6 Split Jumps each leg
