Don’t forget that this week marks the beginning of the CrossFit Open. If you would like visit games.crossfit.com to register officially. No matter if you are registered or not plan on being at the gym on Friday at 530pm for the first workout. We will run through the workout in heats and have a party after! Front Squat- build to a three rep max
Workout of the Day:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes of:
5 Hang Power Cleans (up to 115/75 lbs)
5 Front Squats
5 Lateral Burpees over Bar
*rest 3 minutes and repeat twice more*
