Strength/Skill:

5 sets:

1 Clean Deadlift + 1 Clean Pull + 1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Power Clean

Workout of the Day:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes of:

3 Power Cleans (185/115 lbs)

6 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

9 Burpees

*rest 3 minutes and repeat twice more*
