This week is the start of the CrossFit Open! Remember, that we are doing Friday Night Lights starting on Friday at 5pm. Warm Ups will start at 430pm and heats will run until at least 630pm so just come by whenever you can. Drinks and party after the workout each week! Read the blog post for more info.

Workout of the Day:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

20 Overhead Squats (75/55 lbs)

30 Sit Ups

40 Russian Kettlebell Swings

50 Double Unders
