Rotate through:

Seated Dumbbell Press x 8-10 or Handstand Push Up x 3-8 reps

Pistol Practice x 5 each

Bodysaw Push Up x 3-5 each side

Pallof Press x 8 each

Workout of the Day:

With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible in 22 minutes of:

Run 400 meters together

30 Pull Ups

60 Dumbbell Snatch
