Pendlay Row x 5 reps

Handstand Push Up or Strict Press x 5-8 reps

Workout of the Day:

With a partner complete for time:

100 Deadlifts (up to 225 lbs/135 lbs)

100 calories Row or Airdyne

100 Pull Ups (Chest to Bar if you have them)

*You can complete the movements in any order but you must complete 30 Partner Medball Sit Ups between each and to finish the workout*
