Function: Practice sets of 2 Snatch Deadlift + 2 Snatch Pull + 2 Hang Power Snatch

Performance: Take 15 minutes to find today’s Heavy Single Snatch

Workout of the Day:

Complete 5 rounds for time of:

10 Hang Power Snatch (95/65 lbs)

10 Lunge Steps

10 Push Ups

40 Double Unders
