Performance: In 6 minutes build towards a heavy High Hang Snatch immediately into in 6 minutes build towards a heavy Snatch

Workout of the Day:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 9 minutes of:

10 Thrusters (up to 95/65 lbs)

5 Bar Facing Burpees

10 Power Snatch

5 Bar Facing Burpees
