This is our last Snatch day before the CrossFit 414 Olympic Lifting Throwdown! Check out the blog post from earlier this week for more details. 


Function: Practice 3 Position Snatch

Performance: Build to a heavy Snatch then touch and go practice

Workout of the Day:


Complete as many rounds as possible in 11 minutes of:

30 Single Unders

25 Kettlebell Swings

20 Air Squats


For time:

100 Double Unders

10 Power Snatch (up to 115/75 lbs)

80 Double Unders

8 Power Snatch

60 Double Unders

6 Power Snatch

40 Double Unders

4 Power Snatch

20 Double Unders

2 Power Snatch
