Don’t forget the CrossFit 414 Olympic Lifting Throwdown is quickly approaching. The Throwdown will replace our normal Saturday class on Saturday, February 21st. We will establish new maxes on the lifts and celebrate with a group brunch after. Check the blog post from earlier today for more info.
